To schedule an appointment, the easiest way to contact Dr. Catherine B. Lavoie is by email or SMS at 514.830.2866.

You will need to complete a new patient form that will cover the basic information the Doctor needs to know in order to evaluate your pet’s health. Please be sure to bring any veterinary records pertaining to any recent injuries and illnesses your pet has experienced. 

Schedule

Dr. Lavoie sees canine and feline patients by appointment only on Thursday in the afternoon and night. For horses, contact Dr. Lavoie directly to schedule an appointment.

Location

Dr. Lavoie adjusts canine and feline patients from Chute-à-Blondeau, Ontario.

Dr. Lavoie also does house calls. Fees are to be discussed.
